クラフトビールが流行しはじめた「あの頃」のアメリカンIPAです。アメリカンホップを大量に投入して、やけに苦くて、柑橘やハーブ様の香りがもりもりで、モルティでキャラメル香もしっかり。使ってるホップはカスケード、チヌーク、シトラ。こんなクラシックでオールドスクールなIPAは最近なかなかお目にかかれないような気がします。
クラシックアメリカンIPAはティールズの定番なのですが、しばらく欠品していました。「最近、クラシックアメリカンIPA見ないけど、やめちゃったの？」いえいえそんなことはありません。というわけで満を持しての再リリースです！
This is an American IPA from “back in the day” when craft beer was just starting to become popular in Japan. It is extremely bitter, full of citrus and herbal notes, malty, and has a rich caramel aroma. The hops used are Cascade, Chinook, and Citra. It’s hard to find such a classic, old-school IPA these days.
Classic American IPA is a regular beer at TILES, but has been out of stock for a while. Many customers have asked like “I haven’t seen any Classic American IPA lately, have you stopped?” No, that’s not true. So we’re happy to announce the re-release of the Classic American IPA!
